Lush swelling arpeggiators, and Lynchian guitar create the sonic backdrop to Gold Casio’s Centerfold, a song steeped in honesty and desire. The refrain “I want to be your Centerfold” builds to a chorus that urges us to let go of inhibitions and give into the unknown. In the final 3rd of the track, song and remix merge as minimal acoustic drums are replaced by a Flight Facilities-esque electronic beat, swelling to the final climax.
